• Coated inside and out to provide a robust sealed coating for long-lasting endurance
• 1.8mm gauge carbon steel construction offers great heat conduction
• Ideal for high heat, high speed cooking
• Bakelite handle
• Flat base ensures the wok is well-balanced
• Heat sources: gas, electric, ceramic & halogen and induction safe
• Body thickness: 1.8mm
• Bottom thickness: 2.5mm
• Dishwasher safe although it is advisable to remove it once cycle is finished and dry it by hand using a clean soft cloth
