- 1.8mm gauge carbon steel construction offers great heat conduction

- Flat base ensures the wok is well-balanced
- Heat sources: gas, electric, ceramic & halogen and induction safe
- Body thickness: 1.8mm
- Bottom thickness: 2.5mm
- Dishwasher safe although it is advisable to remove it once cycle is finished and dry it by hand using a clean soft cloth
